@NandosSA The name of the Manager is Monica, at Nandos Lambton. Very rude and unprofessional lady. I wonder how she treats stuff if she can treat a customer like that.
@NandosSA When I asked her to produce proof that it was me, she couldn't and even on the phone when I asked for proof she just hung up on me. I was eventually refunded but I will never forget the treatment I was given.
When I told her it was not me, she insisted it was me because the customer was from the same Estate I live in. So we had to back to the restaurant to take back the food and she was still rude and kept on insisting that I am the customer who vomited on their order.
So I called to inform them, and when I eventually spoke to the manager, she told me she's not going to refund or give another meal without bringing the one I'm saying it's spoiled because last week I the driver said I vomited on the Hotpot because it had peppers.
@rainSouthAfrica you guys don't understand your customer needs or you just chasing clout. Instead of investing in colourful designs that does nothing to add value to your customers, you should have invested in routers that have chargeable battery.
@MTNza please stop scamming your customers with this data that expires without working. I'm at New Market Mall after calling you customer support unsuccessfully and the shop also can't help me. I want my refund your fok.
@rainSouthAfrica I think you guys know exactly what you are doing. Your 30mbps is not even on par with Vodacom's lower plans. You guys are deliberately making this thing slow to upsell the speed.
