This is the dumbest shit in the world. Canada joining the EU is economic suicide. It would cost billions to join and there would be massive reformation in policy. The EU would control all the regulations, laws & rules. There is over 100,000 pages in regulations and laws that would have to be adopted. Has anyone seen how they treat farmers in the EU? Consider your yields down by 20% overnight and your cattle herd halved. Worst of all it’s like equalization where the wealthiest countries subsidize the poorer ones and Canada would be a net contributor. It would erase billions out of the Canadian economy to subsidize countries with less prosperous economies. You have to be a complete fucking lunatic to want this. Alberta deserves Freedom and does the rest of Canada. Canada is dead.
