@Gabbyutd @MMOrpgPrincess @ElSecreDeEuge Still assuming what Messi was asking and what the ref was checking. The ear touch doesn’t prove they were reviewing the red card.
Tagliafico was exhausted in extra time, going down during a stoppage isn’t fishy, it’s logical. He wasn’t faking a foul as the OP claimed.
English

@CeRecluta @MMOrpgPrincess @ElSecreDeEuge The ref points to his ear(VAR) while messi keeps on insisting and pointing at tagliafico,u don’t need rocket science to know what was going on and about tagliafico he wasnt the only one who had played till extra time and also choosing to go down as soon as enzo does that is fishy
English

These people are retarded if they think Argentina thought they could get away with something like that. The only way that the ref would call a foul there is if he saw video review, and obviously that would not work. 1. Because in what world would the ref review just because a player was on the ground with no context and 2. Obviously the review would just show that he collapsed with no contact. It makes no sense if that’s what Messi and Tagliafico were trying to do. Your theory is most logical.
English

@Gabbyutd @MMOrpgPrincess @ElSecreDeEuge Nobody knows exactly what Messi told the referee after the play stopped. We’re all just assuming. What we do know is that the OP accused Tagliafico of faking a non-existent foul.
That’s false. He went down because he was exhausted in extra time. Simple as that.
English

@CeRecluta @MMOrpgPrincess @ElSecreDeEuge The ref should have paid more attention to a guy who no one knows why he goes down and not cubarsi who was launched in the air? And most importantly nothing was stopping Argentina medics to come on at that time coz the game had been stopped, let it go mate
English

@Gabbyutd @MMOrpgPrincess @ElSecreDeEuge Even if the topic about a 'prior foul' were true, that's not how football rules work. A red card for a dangerous challenge is never canceled or reversed by a prior foul. Messi knows the rules. You are just writing fanfiction to avoid admitting Tagliafico was legitimately hurt.
English

@CeRecluta @MMOrpgPrincess @ElSecreDeEuge At that moment he’s not telling the referee tagliafico needs medical attention, they are going a man down,it’s common knowledge to assume he’s telling him there might have been a foul prior to what enzo does to cubarsi, its all to try and see if for that reason enzo stays on
English

@Gabbyutd @MMOrpgPrincess @ElSecreDeEuge Of course he's talking to the ref, he is the captain and the game just exploded with a red card and a collapsed teammate. That doesn't mean he was lying about Tagliafico's condition.
English

@CeRecluta @MMOrpgPrincess @ElSecreDeEuge You’re assuming messi was pointing out that his player requires medical attention while another of his players has got a red card? It’s common sense mate..as captain which is understandable at that moment is trying to make sure the red doesn’t stand for whatever reason
English

@Gabbyutd @MMOrpgPrincess @ElSecreDeEuge Assuming he was lying or fabricating a foul is pure, unfounded speculation.
English

@Gabbyutd @MMOrpgPrincess @ElSecreDeEuge Footage shows that Enzo's red card happened first, and right after that, Tagliafico collapsed on the floor due to severe muscular fatigue. Messi, as the captain, pressured the referee to point out his teammate was down and needed urgent medical care with the game stopped. (+)
English

Abrazo grande.
Español

@CeRecluta @ElSecreDeEuge JAJAJAJAJAJAJAJA QUE TE LO CREA TÚ MADRE

Kalshi FC@KalshiFC
🇦🇷 Argentina is the first team in history to have 0 shots in 90 minutes during a World Cup Final.
Español

@GamEeOverR0 @ElSecreDeEuge Hope you watched the game!
English

@SituationAFU @ElSecreDeEuge Memes aside, anyone who actually watched the full 120 minutes of the match knows exactly how exhausted Tagliafico was. It’s easy to dismiss it on social media, but the physical reality on the pitch was undeniable.
English

@Endoleon1 @ElSecreDeEuge It doesn't look like you did. Or maybe you never played football, who knows.
English

@MMOrpgPrincess @ElSecreDeEuge Doctors cannot just run onto the pitch whenever they want; they need the referee’s explicit authorization. Messi went to the ref precisely because Tagliafico collapsed on the floor and needed medical attention. Messi was doing his job as a captain by pressuring the official.
English

@CeRecluta @ElSecreDeEuge Even if it were true that the teammate went to the ground injured, Messi's intention seems clear. If his concern was solely for his well being, he would have gone to the team's doctor or the bench, not point him out to the ref who was busy adjudicating a red card.
English

@CeRecluta @ElSecreDeEuge Error mio, no me refería a Enzo sino a Tagliafico

@Endoleon1 @ElSecreDeEuge Clearly you haven't seen the match. Big hug to you.
English
