Our mindset doesn't just change the way we see ourselves, it changes the way we see others. Changing our relationships starts with the way we view our potential within them.

This country would be a very different place if we, our systems and our leaders truly, intrinsically, and unequivocally valued the wellbeing of every person. Maybe then we would take action to save lives. May peace come to those struck by grief and pain after yesterday’s tragedy

@thesfu_ I’m a trainer and researcher at the SFU. I contribute to research projects, training events, and informational media all helping clinicians to improve their therapy. I also have a private practice in Atlanta where I see mostly young people and families for therapy

Regret is just proof that you now know better than you used to. And any choices you make moving forward get to benefit from that growth in knowledge #TuesdayMotivation

Several psych studies support the idea that consistently expressing gratitude improves mental health. That means it is quite literally good for you to count your blessings

There seems to be too large of a group of people unbothered by harm against women. To put things simply, it should bother you

I’m not hating on Jeff Bezos for using generational wealth to build his empire but in this country we act as if poverty is a moral failure (i.e, they just don’t work hard enough) and ignoring the devastating impact of built-in systemic inequities.

Am I the only one fascinated by the idea that ppl have different levels of ability to picture things in their heads? Like there are ppl who can't see anything at all and ppl who can play detailed movies in their minds, and I don't think we're talking enough about it
