@Cedlinn05 @HawksFanTV i don't think it will be easy to get a center of Mara's caliber via trade considering he's a best in class defensive anchor - besides, the hawks already have two or three starting guards

If God blesses us with the #1 pick (thank you NOP or MKE) then I’m taking Peterson or AJ, no questions asked. Don’t overthink this. They are the 2 best players in this draft. If we fall in the 7-9 range, give me Flemmings or MBJ.

@makingtronics @HawksFanTV I think a guard is more important, who can learn 1-2 years from CJ. I like Mara a lot but you can get a center via free agency or a trade

if there was one team you would want to see Trae Young on what team would it be, and why?

@HawksOnReal I love Trae, but I think it's time to trade him sadly... I think that would be a good trade for both teams. Green is still 23 and Maluach got great potential. He could be the long term 7'1 Atlanta Hawks center

I’m actually okay with trading Trae Young if people were wondering, but honestly our main priority right now is trading for a starting center who can grab rebounds and is not 6’9. If we trade Trae Young and the Hawks don’t grab a center, then nothing is going to change. Now on the other hand if we can somehow get a player like Anthony Davis and then package trae for some other good players that can play defense and handle the ball, then I am okay with that. At the end of the day Trae has done so much for Atlanta and if his time is up to hang the Hawks jersey, then i’m okay with that.

@HawksOnReal I like this, but I think I’d rather have Trae/Dyson and NAW/Ellis Just for balanced offense/defensive purposes. Roster-wise though, would love it.

For those asking, the Hawks do have an open roster spot and could sign a guard if Trae Young is out for a while. The trouble is that it's Oct. 29 and there aren't great options available in free agency. Most proven guy out there is probably Cam Payne.
