Star power alone is no longer enough. People now want strong content & value for money, time — otherwise theaters may slowly become spaces mainly for 1st weekend big-event films & re-releases, while regular content shifts fully to OTT.

Tollywood is still depending on outdated PR, fav media,biased premiere reviews & star hype instead of listening to common audiences, Gen Z & smalltown families. Many small & medium hero films already backfired. If this continues, even top heroes will face same snowball effect.
