Racial discrimination at Harvard: Blacks are granted such a large advantage by Harvard over their White peers that a Black applicant in the 5th decile still has a higher chance of admission than a White applicant in the 10th decile. If we use Asians in the 10th academic decile as a reference point, we notice that the most qualified Asian individuals have a worse chance of getting into Harvard than Black individuals in the 4th decile from the bottom half of the applicant pool.

These weren't mediocre guys getting passed over. They were watching less experienced candidates with the right demographic profile leap past them. Journalists applying to dozens of positions with zero callbacks. Academics making it to final interview rounds 5 times and never getting hired. Screenwriters told point-blank that rooms already had too many white guys. The refuges these men found? Crypto, podcasting, Substack. Anywhere without institutional gatekeepers. For a decade, liberal institutions insisted this wasn't happening. That any white man complaining was just mediocre, just bitter. But the numbers don't lie.
