A lot of success has much to do with chance, luck and grace… What one needs to do is prepare for when these three locate you. Build curiosity, position yourself, learn, practice, prepare… One day is one day!

Young man: As the world continues to advance in technology, many are now pursuing careers in the digital world e.g forex trading, affiliate marketing, social media influencing, crypto, coding It seems everyone wants to be part of this bubble of making money the "smart" & easy way. And everyone seems to be frowning upon the so called "dirty" jobs e.g construction, carpentry, welding, land scaping (gardening), plumbing or even cooking Every young man wants to make money on his laptop or smartphone, they're buying ring lights, microphones (podcasts). It looks cool. None are willing to invest in buying traditional tools e.g shovels, picks, tool boxes, chef tools etc But you would be surprised that these so called "dirty" jobs are actually still relevant even as technology continues to advance, because they're just some things technology can't replace So equip yourself with skills in such fields, learn how to cook, learn how to weld, learn carpentry, learn plumbing, learn land scaping, learn a thing or two about construction (roofing, tiling, paving). And you will never be broke, because those skills will always be in demand Learn OR perish!!!

#RealEstate is a powerful wealth preservation tool. The #value of real estate tends to appreciate over time, providing investors with a hedge against inflation. Real estate can be used to generate income through rental payments, or to create a legacy for future generations.
