In order:
Flat bench > Incline bench > incline pec flies (cable or machine) > incline dumbbell press (normal grip + supinated grip) > weighted dips.
4 sets to failure. If your pecs aren’t warm to the touch after, do more. 🤷🏾♂️

Push Up Ladders (Descend & Ascend) (countdown 10-9-8-etc & back up)
Incline DB Press. (Upper Titty)
Underhand DB Fly. (Lower Titty)
Reg Chest Fly using cables. (Middle Titty)
Military Press (Barbell) (Upper Titty)
4 sets of 12. Not super heavy.
