@MoreBigFish @Centbee Your Centbee wallet may not be syncing with the network. Please use the RESET Wallet option in Centbee settings. This will allow you to enter your 12 word passphrase and 4 digit PIN. Your wallet will then resync with the network and you should see an accurate balance.

@Centbee @CentbeeSupport Gave it a shot. Recovery tool can’t seem to find the sats (if they exist). I don’t need them, just want to tidy up. Advice?

@CentbeeSupport I'm having issues removing funds from my wallet. Each time I try, I get this "Error: Private key not found for address 1Eb..." I've made multiple attempts same error.

@HoonJun75255 Centbee doesn't have a Log Out button. If you want to reset your wallet there is an option in the Centbee Settings to do this. Remember to retain your 12 words and 4 digit PIN if you want to reload your wallet.

We apologise for the recent downtime you have experienced with Centbee Wallet. Our systems are being prepared for Teranode and the recent stress tests have temporarily disabled our services. We are working on the issue and will resolve shortly. Thank you for your patience!

@HoonJun75255 @Centbee @RegtechAfrica Centbee is running normally. Some wallets might need to be resynced with the network but this is a simple problem that is easily resolved.
