New hope for tackling drug-resistant TB 🦠 Chemists and infectious-disease researchers from the University of Sydney and Centenary Institute have created new cyclic peptide drugs that disable a vital bacterial protein, ClpC1, which helps Mycobacterium tuberculosis survive stress. Supported by Sydney Analytical & Sydney Cytometry, #USYD Core Research Facilities.
