@FurnessColin@fordnation I'd be happy to buy one for my classroom. Do you have a recommendation? Wondering if a regular one for home use is enough for the size of a classroom?
I have heard from many teachers worried about COVID. My #1 advice: bring a portable humidifier to your classroom, don't wait for @fordnation to do it. Humidity is protective: dry indoor air = droplet evaporation and more aerosol. So unfair & wrong that safety is left up to you.

Centennial Public School staff can't wait to welcome students and families back for the 2020-21 academic year. For the latest updates check out our website at centennialps.ocdsb.ca. We look forward to a fantastic year!
Dear families,
We would like to wish the grade eights and sixes best of luck at their new schools. Have a great summer! We sadly also say goodbye to Mr.Smith who is retiring, Ms.Brooks, Ms.Tronsgard and Mr.Blundell who are off to new adventures! We will miss you all! ❤️
We enjoyed seeing so many friends for sharing time today. We talked about origami, cycling, playing at the park and in the forest, swimming in backyard pools, making forts, having picnics, bugs, beaches, collecting seashells, feeding ducks, doing puzzles & looking after plants!
We played this gross motor weather game today in our meeting. There is a free printable online from the person who came up with the idea (see link) but if you don't have a printer you could try drawing it like Miss Kim.

We read Big Sarah's Little Boots and then played a puddle jumping math game. You could make a table top version like mine or you could draw puddles in chalk outside.
