At Centerra, metallurgy plays a critical role in our operational performance at Mount Milligan. We continue to build on our understanding of the ore body, enabling site teams to improve processing efficiency and optimize the blending of mined material from different areas of the pit to maximize gold and copper recovery. Our recently published Pre-Feasibility Study incorporates results of a 2025 infill drilling program that targeted key areas of the deposit with tighter drill spacing to improve confidence in the geology and the mine plan. The PFS is based on an optimized mine plan which incorporates operational improvements including in-pit dumping and enhanced stockpile management, which will increase operating efficiency at Mount Milligan. Since 2014, Mount Milligan has been a significant producer of gold and copper for Centerra. In October 2025, Centerra published the results of a Pre-Feasibility Study confirming a 10-year mine life extension to 2045, supported by an optimized mine plan. To support future growth at Mount Milligan, several infrastructure investments are planned over the life of mine to strengthen operations and enable future reserve and resource expansions at site. ➡️ Centerra will be upgrading the ball mill motors to increase process plant throughput by about 10% in 2028. Flotation capacity is also expected to increase, which should deliver a modest improvement in gold and copper recoveries by ~1%. ➡️ To support operations to the current 2045 mine life, Centerra will build a second tailings storage facility, with construction expected to start in 2032. ➡️ Centerra will be investing in five new haul trucks, required to accommodate longer hauling distances, increased material movement to achieve higher process plant throughput, and the creation of strategic stockpiles. These upgrades mark important milestones in advancing Centerra’s organic gold growth strategy. Last week, Centerra published our 2025 year-end mineral reserves and resources and announced our 2026 exploration guidance of $40-50M. In 2025, Centerra’s gold and copper reserves increased. And we are focused on various brownfield and greenfield exploration programs in 2026.
