Opposing HS parents chirping in the 3rd… 12–2 and we’re still stealing. “Running it up,” they said. We kept playing vs one of the best teams in the state (IMO). Final: 13–9. Tying run at the plate in the 7th. One swing away. Enough said.
All schools beginning practice at the same time and being allowed to play the same number of games is something that should be addressed. If you’re playing for the same title, you should be starting at the same time.
