Selinsgrove Speedway will be holding an open practice this Tuesday, May 5th from 6-9pm. Gates open at 5:00pm $25 pit access and Free General Admission with limited concessions. @selinsgroverace

Selinsgrove Speedway has canceled its Friday, May 1st event due to weather. Next Friday, May 8th the Super Late Models will race for $6,000 to win and $600 to start in a WoO tuneup event. The @WoOLateModels event is Thursday, May 14th @selinsgroverace

Man, hockey is the greatest sport. And the Stanley Cup playoffs is the best tournament in all of sports. And even better, not a single TV commercial in the entire Flyers-Penguins overtime. Not one. And it basically went the entire overtime period. NFL and College Football 👎

@calvin_knapp From the 10 minute mark of the third period until they pulled their goaltender it looked like Bridgeport was on a 6 on 4 power play the entire time. The Isles were desperate and that happens sometimes. But from start to finish a fantastic playoff game to watch.

@calvin_knapp I’ve thought about scenarios like this for a while, and finally, one presented itself. Similarly, what if each team needed only one point to advance, or move up in the standings, in the AHL or NHL, why not agree to take it to overtime 😀

With this Bears/Americans game today (final game for both teams), Rochester needs one point to make the playoffs and Hershey needs two points to NOT play in Charlotte three games in the playoffs. They should have an agreement to take the game to overtime and let Hershey win it.
