What an honor to be selected as @USAFieldHockey Club of the Year! Congratulations and THANK YOU to all our current and former players, coaches, and parents who have helped to make #CPFH a warm, dedicated, hard-working and well-respected club! 💜

U19 National team had a great day of preparation for our upcoming RCCs. Saturday we played Freedom and Electric Surge and ended the games 3-0 and 9-0. Sunday we had the opportunity to play against AGH in a full 4 quarter friendly match up.

U14 National showed up and showed out today at The Proving Grounds, securing two wins with great teamwork, and determination. They played with intensity and confidence, controlling the pace and capitalizing on key opportunities.

With two losses & two ties, the U14Elite team showed significant improvement & growth throughout the May Mania tournament today. Throughout the day they were able to come together as a cohesive unit and demonstrate excellent teamwork with strong passes &an aggressive defense.

U12 Lilac competed in a challenging pool this morning at the Union Sports May Mania tournament. Playing short a few players, the team adjusted on the fly, with many girls trying out new positions and also adapting to a longer-than-usual turf. They handled it all like pros 💜

U12 Orchid played bright and early today at the Union Sports May Mania tournament. They competed in a tough pool and never gave up despite the challenge. The girls played amazing defense and improved in their communication. So incredibly proud of these girls-& their positivity

U 12 Purple and U12 Lilac enjoyed the opportunity to play at the University of Maryland this past Sunday.  This tournament provided the opportunity to play against some challenging competition. Scores were not kept for this one, but both teams were quite successful.

CPFH U16/U19 combined played at the York College Tournament. Last nite their hard work and attention to detail helped us go 3-0 in our pool and won 2-0 vs the committed high school players going to York College. A very competitive and exciting game ended in our favor 2-1.

U10 Purple took on a U12 pool at York College today and went 2–2 against tough competition. It’s clear this team is growing and rising to the challenge of higher-level play. So proud of these girls … their energy, enthusiasm, and heart are something special 💜

CPFH U16/19 Elite combined played at the University of Maryland this afternoon. Wet and cold early the last 2 games saw the sun come out. It was great to see the team progress throughout the day. The defense was stronger and the offense created more chances as the day progressed.

Central Penn U12 Orchid made their Spring debut today at the Bishop McDevitt tournament. The girls played hard through the cold and rain improving with every game. By their final game they found their groove. They played aggressively, worked well as a team

U12 Purple played at the Bucknell tournament this morning! The girls were on fire winning their pool, the Championship game, & taking first in U12 out of 10 teams. The team scored an impressive amount of goals and only allowed 1 all tournament from great passing. Great tourney

CPFH U12 Lilac kicked off their first spring tournament this weekend! The girls battled through the cold and rain and played some great hockey, winning 3 of their 5 games. They put together an impressive offensive showing with 23 goals in 5 games! 🏑😊

U14 Elite A played at Bucknell today in a 7v7 tournament. They got first in their pool and had good stick work and lots of shots on goal!!

U10 Purple opened their spring season competing in the top pool of 7 teams today! They earned a 3rd place finish, going 2-2 against strong competition! Way to go, girls! (not pictured in the team photo is Coach Kari, who was an essential part of making everything run smoothly!)

We kicked off our U10 tournament season this weekend! 🌸🏑 U10 Violet went 2-1-1, continuing to grow as a team and truly leaving it all on the field each game. So proud of these girls and their effort, teamwork, and energy!

CPFH U16 Elite and U14 Friends spent a sunny but chilly weekend in Delaware at SS Jamboree. It was a great weekend to work on improving the skills of the game, individually and as a team. !

What a phenomenal weekend for the Central Penn U14 National Team! 🏑💜 The girls went undefeated at the Shooting Star 🌟 Jamboree, proudly securing the top spot in Pool A and bringing home their well-earned medals 🥇
