The Centri 2025 Recruitment Challenge is live until January 4th, and we're looking for new talent! We're looking to pick up members for the following categories: ♾ Trickshotting ♾ Sniping ♾ Counter Strike ♾ Bo7 Esports ♾ CS2 Esports ♾ Content Creation ♾ Designers ♾ Music Production Whether you are starting back up in the community, or you have been around a while and would like a team that is more like a group of homies than an org, this is it. We're extremely excited to get things going, and can't wait to start releasing content, as well as supporting those who are creating content themselves by providing them with the things they need to have the opportunity to spend more time creating content they love, and less time creating the things they need to do that. For CoD, Centri is following quite the strict standard of 5on or better, unless it is a triple collateral with the 4th for the quad, quad feeds on their own are not up to standard, but are perfectly fine for personal content! The only real standards we have for trickshotting is 720 or better, distance preferred, and no NSLing. We understand that is kind of a deal breaker for some, but the owner of the team has hated it since Bo3 released, and refuses to allow it, so if you NSL, script shots, or setup shots, you may not join us. Regarding Counter Strike, Centri will have a segment of the roster dedicated to 4K's and Aces for frag edits, ideally, it would just be deagle and awp clips, but rifles are acceptable as well, whatever looks dope, quite honestly. We will also be doing very special content creation such as challenge videos revolving around bhop, kz, and surfing within the team to challenge the players and create content by creating custom CS2 maps for these videos from scratch, which should be an incredibly fun process on its own! Content creators! Centri is looking to pick up a handful of content creators to have on the team, we'd like to find content creators who are passionate about CoD, and Counter Strike. We will have a roster of designers and music producers to help content creators alike to ensure they are able to spend less time making sure their content looks good, and more time actually doing what they enjoy! Designers, Designing can be an incredibly vast and varying field of style, and we're looking to pick up some of that incredible talent to centri, so long as you aren't a mobile designer, you may join us! Now on to the special bit, Centri has a roster for Music Production and Audio in general. This is very special, there are very few people in the community who do this, let alone are good at it, and we are very proud to be able to provide this to members of the team, whether you're a content creator, or you would simply like to have a custom track or audio effects produced or designed for something, we can, and are more than happy to do it! With all of that laid out, we hope to see you guys in the discord, and would like to humbly thank you for taking the time to read over this, we're very excited to populate the roster and begin making content for the community to enjoy, and we can't wait to see what amazing talent finds their way to centri!
