@CentumPLC has paid a dividend of KES 0.32 per share for FY ended 31 Mar 2025. The payment was made on 11 Nov 2025 (ahead of 19 Dec 2025) to shareholders on record as at 9 Oct 2025. Thank you to our shareholders for your continued support.

Big shout out to @EdwinMunyiri for bagging a Top 40under40 title. Edwin is the GM of @JafariCredit, a subsidiary of @CentumPLC., and has overseen incredible achievements, including disbursment of 450M in loans to 4,000 civil servants having set up the business in just 24 months.

@CentumPLC makes an early payment of 2024 dividend ahead of the scheduled 13th December 2024 date.

Centum is pleased to announce the partial exit of Sidian Bank to remain a 44.52% shareholder. The transaction was closed at the most recent carrying value hence, there is no additional impact on @CentumPLC 's net asset value and the bank now ceases to be a subsidiary.
