Forgot to post these a couple of weeks ago. But better late than never. Had these two Soldiers come to my office before they departed to their first duty station and said “CSM, good morning we are here to #PlankTalk with you!” That made my day.

It’s an honor speaking on behalf of the future of our Army. You must put our purpose in perspective and be clear and concise in your delivery. When preparing our Soldiers, we won’t have to worry about the future of the Army if we coach, teach, and mentor them to be the future.

Stop thinking about limitations and start thinking about possibilities.

Just because you love someone doesn’t mean they feel loved. So make a conscious effort to display and express that love and show them your appreciation. #mentalhealth #MentalHealthMatters #YouMatter
