I really dont like addressing this group cause they tend to be pretty nasty. you can call yourself transsexual and use that outdated term, other yourself from transgenders, which might just encompass non transitioning trans people or those without gender dysphoria. you can wear it proudly even. what you cant do is invalidate every other person under the trans umbrella. Because I don’t need to keep my replies short for your convenience when I have shit to say. As for surgeries: reread what I I said and try again. Many would get the surgeries when and if they can afford it. But many cannot afford it. Many can at least afford HRT, so they start there. But for some, that’s all they will -ever- be able to afford. And if they cannot earn enough to get surgery, HRT is as far as they get, so they’re forced to make peace with what they can achieve. Tl;dr: your being able to afford the full suite of transmedical treatment is the exception, not the rule.

This is such a weird take. You aren’t losing your rights because of non-transmedicalists. You’re losing your rights because people who don’t like transmedicalists OR social transitioners want to take them away. They don’t care about the distinction, they hate transsexuals. The only reason transsexuals skated under the political conservative radar for so long was because there was 0 attempts to seek public acceptance, so they could pretend you don’t exist other than on porn sites they totally don’t watch. The whole push for trans acceptance at any stage of transition exists because vast numbers of nonmed folk are nonmed either because they cannot afford the care to medically transition in the first place, or can only afford transition up to a point. Less than 10% of Americans Milennial or younger have $30,000 or more in liquid assets to their name. It costs anywhere from $15,000 to $100,000 USD for a complete medical transition depending on quality, extent and where you get it done. So the only people able to afford full transmedical treatment are restricted to an exceedingly small number of people. Millions of trans people will never be able to afford or finance full transition, so they try to find happiness where they can. The number of exclusively social transitioners with no intent to either take HRT or get surgery is an exceedingly small number. I don’t understand this pervasive need by transmedicalists to push this line of thinking when reality is right in front of their noses.

I think if all genders were able to give birth ALOT of the transgenderism arguments wouldn’t exist because at the end of the day. The trauma of having to provide. Vs the trauma of nonconsensually having to give birth exists . Mind you I evily wish every person on this earth
