The company and its legal team are working as quickly as possible to address these issues. I will make further updates in the future to all shareholders when warranted and once again I thank you for your continued patience and support for the company.

Now while neither of these issues is in any way roadblocks to completing the acquisition of PKG User Interface Solutions by the company, they still require extensive documentation to be completed before a formal closing can be announced.

Update from Eric Clemons CEO: As of this date 2/26/2021 the Company has now invested $950,000 in cash toward the purchase of the assets of PKG, Inc. We are still going through the legal process to get everything finalized. Thank you.
