@virginmedia The TV box no longer works. It looks as though it’s going to come on and the welcome screen appears, then it just goes black and won’t connect. I have explained all this and gone through testing all equipment with four different people. I was promised a new box! Very poor service

What's your signature Christmas song? One of our staff does the long drive up north to visit family every Christmas Eve. Inevitably “Driving home for Christmas” is played on the radio and they sing along very, very loudly - that’s when it really feels like Christmas!
