@CertSnib My spurs credit said I didn't attend the game and that would be my 4th credit, even though i did attend 16 league games, I've sent all the evidence I can to prove I was there, just waiting now, has anyone had a credit reinstated please and thanks

I have been robbed of a credit for the Spurs game last year. the seat showed as a credit and the confirmation said nothing about a ST and now they are asking for proof of hallmap. Can anyone help?

Anyone got screenshot of L4 hallmap for league games?

@LFCLEE97 They’ve completely backtracked now and said it was due to my ticket not scanning. After earlier confirming it had scanned. Hopefully will be resolved soon

@CertSnib Gotta fight ur case mate absolute joke if u don’t get it hope they resolve it! Can argue you would of sat elsewer or tried for kop if that didn’t show as credit if they won’t budge it’s criminal the way they can do that

@CertSnib Unreal if you don’t get that credit. They’ll try anything it seems to rob people of creds if they falsely advertised a cred that’s their fault not yours

@CertSnib Say it’s false advertising, you was told it was a credit have evidence to show this so the fault is their end.

@Chels4994 @Lfcsalesinfo @readerinvests @CertSnib Same happened to me for Palace game in L7. The restricted view seats didn't show up as STR, I argued it with the club and showed them hallmap proof and they've applied the credit.

@CertSnib @Woztista_uk @RED_FACE_VALUE The reason they don't take the email anymore is cause some smart lads started removing the ST line to get credits

@CertSnib Was the ticket definitely scanned in through the turnstile? Unused match tickets don't carry the credits.

@CertSnib It tells you in the purchase email if its a ST seat

@spiritofshankly Is there anything you can do to help me gain a credit that has been unrightfully robbed? This has stopped me from getting 4+. Nowhere on the email or when i bought the ticket did it say ST Return. I have emailed the club who are not budging without hallmap proof

@Lfcsalesinfo L4. I think it was a hallmap error as they are saying it is a season ticket seat. But neither the seat or order confirmation showed
