Morning, still waiting on news from the lift pass office regarding the Zermatt link (next update at 10am). Looking like a bluebird day in Cervinia but please be advised we are on avalanche risk 4 so stay on piste

Good morning to all, the Lift Pass Office have confirmed that everything on the Italian side is open, with the next Zermatt update at 9am. Let’s hope that this weather holds. If not, why warm up with a sneaky amaretto and hot chocolate at Plan Tourette.

Morning all to our last week of the season, despite fairly flat light (pack those orange goggles) the lift pass office has confirmed all lifts due to open as normal. Ski school meet point top of Plan Maison at 9:30am for all ages and abilities

@maxbmx Morning, due to warm weather the roads are pretty clear at the moment but somewhat slushy so we would recommend having them in your car but probably not necessary on the tyres for now

@cornishsupgirl Evening, your rep will contact you confirming the departure time, but there are several flights going form each hotel so it is normal for different groups to be leaving at different times

@Cervinia_ski @Cervinia_ski our instructions are to leave petit Palais at 5.15. Others in hotel seem to have different instructions. As our flight is not till nearly 11 I assume the timings we have been given are correct?

@elton_marc @crystalski Ski down red 72 then red 64 to the Matterhorn express and take all the way to Zermatt. 5ere are plenty of bars and restaurants and the free bus will take you around. You can then get the mountain railway up to gornergrat and ski back down to furi to catch the gondola back

@crystalski @Cervinia_ski what is the easiest ski run down from Plateau Rosa to Zermatt. Any tips once in Zermatt for best use of short time?

@kathod It is not I am afraid the local pass does not cover any of Switzerland just Cervinia and Valtournenche

@Cervinia_ski is the local pass valid on the Swiss side of the Matterhorn?

The ski paradise will open up at 8.30 am. Going to be a cracking day.

And then there was light - looking like a bluebird day with sunshine and great powder from last night. All lifts due to open as normal and the Zermatt link scheduled to be open at 10:30am (updates if there are any changes)

Morning, middle and lower parts of the slopes will open again today with the link probably staying closed due to high winds at the top. Maybe a day for a long lunch in plan tourette? Just at the top of the Cretaz chair
