$REKT is down 90% from its ATH 8 months ago in USD terms. It’s down a bit less - yet still over 80% - in ETH terms. Clearly, the holder base is down as well (crypto traders, tourists, and influencers are mostly gone or have downsized their holdings) - call it down ~50% from the peak. A large part of the remaining holders’ spirit is also impaired. They say “gm,” “we’re gonna make it,” and “rekt world domination”, at least on average, far less often. And even when they do, they seem to believe it less. Dip buyers have, so far, been proven wrong over and over again - to the point where further dips are no longer seen as opportunities, but as insults. Recent drops have been bought mostly by the remaining ~50–100 core community members - and mostly in smaller, more cautious sizes. Partnerships/collabs lately have been mostly just “nice” - they haven’t managed to bring in a meaningful number of new buyers, community members, or investors. And just as rising token prices expanded the team’s “marketing budget,” attention, adoption, and access to business opportunities, a declining price, combined with low volume and weak demand, is now shrinking all of that. Even strictly analytical, value-oriented buyers find it hard to pull the trigger in this kind of environment. But now enter the flagship “ready-to-drink” (also known as a can!) ultra-modern (Gen Z–fitted) energy drink with the iconic REKT brand on it. Watch it suddenly being distributed via all retail partners (7-Eleven, Giant Eagle, Waitrose, Amazon and more coming). Watch it being promoted by established REKT partners (and, of course, some big-league new ones). Watch it start putting up serious, record-breaking sales numbers again. Watch previously gone influencers rediscover $REKT’s amazingness (everyone likes to be around when things are exciting and going up). Watch “analysts” rediscover the REKT flywheel: record sales, record attention, record price, record marketing budget, once again. Watch dip buyers suddenly feel smart again. Watch FOMO buyers start feeling something again. Watch new (as well as returning) partners ring the bell about REKT and its amazingness like there’s no tomorrow. Watch more and more RWDs appear on the timeline again. Watch people actually feel the excitement that we’re all gonna make it. Watch new buyers enter to be part of this journey. Watch $REKT outperform ETH. Big time. Watch ETH outperform USD. Big time. Watch there still be only ~5T $REKT in LPs atm, even after 8 months of dumping. Watch people realize there was (and still is) every chance for $REKT to climb all the way to the top of crypto. Watch Mando talk about the need for a new consensus trade in crypto this year. $600 For Sparkling Water Someone inside a global beverage major saw the $REKT numbers and called bullshit. Average order value: $600, median: $300. Their internal models don't allow for this. Sparkling water sells in single units at gas stations. Cases move at $8-15. Nobody drops hundreds dollars on flavored water. Nobody except $REKT customers. Beverage industry veterans look at these numbers and see a data error. - Premium water brands: $3-6 per bottle retail. - Energy drinks: $2-4 per can. - Craft soda: $1.50-3 per unit. Even bulk wholesale, even enthusiast purchasing, even subscription models, nobody in the category sees triple-digit order values. The frameworks break, comparables fail. So they conclude the data is wrong. The data isn't wrong... People are buying $2.90 cans of sparkling water in quantities that make sense for engine oil, not beverages. They're buying dozens of cases. Storing them, posting photos of stacks in their garage. Giving them to friends who don't even know what $REKT is. Because they're not buying water. They're buying exposure to a brand at $80M market cap that could hit $800M, or $5B. Every purchase is a bet Traditional brands trained us: you buy product, they get your money, you get nothing. Maybe if you're lucky, you get points. Redeem 10,000 points for a $5 discount. Wow.... $REKT flipped it. Buy drinks, get tokens. Tokens appreciate with brand growth, brand growth creates more attention, more attention drives more buying. Your $600 isn't consumption, it's a position. At $80M FDV, $REKT token is pricing in what exactly? Less than 2 year of DTC beverage sales. Early stage retail pilots, not full national distribution. Web3 partnerships, but no major traditional CPG deals yet. A very small operating team. Compare: Prime reached $1.2B in valuation after mainstream breakout. Celsius scaled into a multi billion dollar brand over time in functional beverages. If $REKT captures just a few percent of the functional beverage market, that implies a $1B+ brand. $600 orders aren't expensive, they're early. The inversion everyone missed - Normal brands: extract value from supporters, give nothing back. - Loyalty programs: give back crumbs, maintain all upside. - $REKT: shares upside, makes early support actually profitable. This is why beverage analysts don't understand the numbers. They're measuring consumption when they should be measuring conviction. When you buy Nike shoes, Nike wins, shareholders win, you get shoes. When you buy $REKT drinks, $REKT wins, shareholders win, you get drinks and exposure to brand growth. That's alignment. What $600 actually buys A 24 pack is $69.69. That's $2.90 per can. A $600 order is 9 packs, 207 cans. That’s roughly one $REKT per day for 7 months. Nobody needs that much sparkling water. But if you think the brand is going from $80M to $800M, and each purchase earns you tokens at current prices, then $600 isn't excess consumption. It's the cheapest way to build a position without buying tokens directly on an exchange. The reflexivity they said couldn't scale Beverage people said the economics don't make sense. Analysts said the numbers must be wrong. 83% retention, $600 AOV. Giant Eagle up 10x on velocity. The numbers are right, frameworks are obsolete. You don't spend $600 on sparkling water. You spend $600 on belief that other people will believe.
