A challenging weekend in Melbourne, but with good learning we need to build on. We know that whilst we're not performing at the level we want to, this is the opportunity to make sure we understand everything about this car. We will get back together and review what needs to be changed for Shanghai. There's a lot to learn, and I'm confident that every race we do, will be another step. We will move together as one team as we always have, and battle back.

Today was a significant day. We can be proud of the progress we have made as a team. I am not just talking about two cars in Q3; this time last year we had one working car, no parts, we were overweight, and unable to think about performance. Success isn’t from one person. It’s a team working in unison towards one goal. I feel privileged every day to be a part of Atlassian Williams Racing; an incredible group of individuals driven by passion to change, adapt and grow. Alex delivered a great lap today to qualify P6. Carlos had a difficult first lap in Q1. He will be disappointed with P10 on the grid but this just shows how far we have come. Points are won on a Sunday and with a wet forecast tomorrow, anything can happen. It's all to play for, but we have work to do. Finally, a huge congratulations to Luke Browning, who finished P3 in the F2 Sprint Race today. This is a testament to all the hard work we have seen him put in over the last 12 months.
