Additionally, in our🇧🇷#GBECAM cohort (HR+ eBC pts who received Oncotype DX) presented at #SABCS23, 4% of pts were eligible for adj. abemaciclib and 21% for ribociclib. ‼️Among these pts, more than 50% did not meet genomic criteria for chemotherapy. @OncoAlert @SABCSSanAntonio

#SABCS23 @OncoAlert @DrRBarroso TNBC - Should neoadj pembrolizumab be given with dose-dense or q3w AC? Our RWD showed similar outcomes in terms of safety. ddAC was associated with numerically higher pCR (66% vs 57%), especially in the stage III subgroup (55% vs 33%).
