@Bokang_BigSis One of my family members was at the mashonisa every month until we intervened and helped him get out of the cycle. Meaning borrowed R3K at the mashonisa he had to pay R3900. Next month R2K repay R2600 last month, borrowed R1K, repaid R1300 We helped with food during this time.

@Bokang_BigSis They need assistance. If they look up to you, sit down with them and help with a budget. That is purely living above their means, a lack of money management or addiction.

Why are Stokvel easier to run than Cooperatives? A cooperative is a business and business has risk. A stokvel is a savings clubs with very low risk.

@Tsogang3 True and that is the message I spread to people. That collective powers will take us far. We just need to select the best leaders for the Co-op. A lot of Co-ops failed due to terrible decision making processes and leaders managing it.

If our teachers understood cooperatives, they would be owning a TVET colleges and private schools that competes with the likes of Curro 😅 We really don't understand cooperatives at all 😅

@AIARTSupernova @MxolisiBob Everything you mentioned is part of Cost price. The price to run the company comes from there. Profit is above what it Cost to run the company. A normal companies aim is for high profit to keep the Shareholders happy.

@MxolisiBob No a business is run to make a profit so that reseach and development can take place. So that the business has savings in case there's a crisis. You cannot predict coal prices, salary agreements, natural disaster, the price of steel you name it! You cannot sell it at COST PRICE!

Masemola is NOT corrupt! His sin is allowing Mkhwanazi to speak🎯 IDAC hauling Masemola before court is not accountability but revenge for allowing Mkhwanazi to expose things on #July6. Let’s not forget: IDAC said #July6 was unnecessary. Now the very transparency that brought issues into the open is used as a basis to target Masemola. If the rule of law is to mean anything, it must apply equally and without ulterior motives. 🇿🇦✊🏿 #HandsOffMasemola

@misumuzi_4 This is why I do not think the current national commissioner is not fit for the role. How can you receive audits and not take action according to the findings?

🎈‼️🔥 Hayi no, this Titanic is going down, I mean sinking. They got Fannie Masemola. He is not recovering from this one. The 2024/2025 AGSA Report shows: 1. R650 million irregular expenditure trail 2. Contracts: Paid but not delivered 3. AGSA “material findings” on: Performance information 4. Repeat findings → possible PFMA criminal liability (Section 86)

Anyone with R1 million, let's open a political party. We'll promise to get rid of foreigners without providing a proper plan. They'll vote for us, even if we don't stay true to our promise. Don't worry, they’ll blame the EFF, not us.

@lebogangMo8405 @Mara_Mbokodi @ThapeloMogale_ We not going in circles, I am saying this is not needed as the job can be created from the DHA no need for a middle man. The Private sector will not change the data and the system where the data will be captured on.

They've got until Friday midnight to sign with the private company or risk being excluded from the digitisation project. Urgent help is needed Leadership @ThapeloMogale_
TheeGreat Kwedini 🇿🇦@Mara_Mbokodi

DA Minister of Home Affairs @Leon_Schreib is exploiting DHA digitisation staff, who have been receiving a stipend of R5000 for more than 3 years in the government department with no benefits (UIF, medical aid, etc). Instead of employing them permanently after more than 3 years of service, they are being outsourced to a private company (Phetogo) on a 3-month contract with the same conditions. The digitisation staff are young graduates with diplomas, degrees and honours, but they are not taken seriously. Last week on 18 March 2026, they marched to the head office of Home Affairs and the Unions building to submit a memorandum. They were told they would receive feedback within 7 days, only to be instructed to stay home and forced to sign the contract with the private company under the same conditions. According to the labour acts and the constitution, they are more than qualified to be employed permanently. The DA government is giving their friends tenders. The digitisation employees do not want to be outsourced after working so hard under the government department. Away with outsourcing! @MuloiwaThendo The problem is not the idea of NFSAS, but the full management that must be fired, charged and replaced. Universities will 10 to 1 do the same thing as currently they had te repay alot of funds to NFSAS.

@lebogangMo8405 @Mara_Mbokodi @ThapeloMogale_ That is where we lie to ourselves. Outsourcing must only be on issues that cannot be done in-house..something that needs a special skill. Not data capturing. Private uses KPI's which means you need to do a certain number of files an hour. Therefore greater output less employees

@Ceteris_Parib @Mara_Mbokodi @ThapeloMogale_ But we make it sounds like all outsourcing is expensive, not always, private sector does it all the time, in fact if done right is more efficient. The only expensive one is the ANC outsourcing.

@lebogangMo8405 @Mara_Mbokodi @ThapeloMogale_ It is not the same thing. Creating jobs by offering the post directly to the people compared to issuing a tender for 3 times the amount and less then 50% will be employed. Hence my question, did they complete a feasibility study on this?

@Ceteris_Parib @Mara_Mbokodi @ThapeloMogale_ But its the same thing? Philosophically Government is supposed to be an enabler for businesses to thrive so that jobs can be created and not be the highest employer.

@lebogangMo8405 @Mara_Mbokodi @ThapeloMogale_ Does not have to be permanent, can still be a fixed time contract, as it is based on demand. Based on progress, they will know when the contract will end and ensure the people know that as well.

@Ceteris_Parib @Mara_Mbokodi @ThapeloMogale_ Once the population register is digitised, whats going to happen to the stuff you want hired permanently? This concept of seeking a permanent job at this day and age might be outdated, we should start thinking differently abt job security.

There will be a point in your independence and adulthood, where R500 gets you 40 units of electricity. It is important that you bridge your electricity and make it uncapped. It is only illegal if you get caught👍.
