@nitroorugrat Is there anything that the Hololive and Holostars fans can do to make things better for the Holostars members? Cause there is no way that what cover announced is acceptable and something must be done to fight this.

In the end nothing changes. Fans have always been the backbone of support for holostars, for promoting them, for doing all the stuff cover fails to do while they take their cut— cover just gets to stop cosplaying like they were doing all that much “support” to begin with.

This is my fear of Cover going public, yes the funding brought us to where we are but now we are seeing the result. It is now all about profit and not willing to take big risks (from what I've seen). Can someone please prove me wrong, cause I really don't want to believe it.

I see a lot of jp 🌟 members advertising themselves being open for work now, it’s heartbreaking to see all of this have to happen 🥲 Hoping they get all the chances and opportunities possible, they are so talented they deserve it

@hazumiaileen Something must be done to change things for the better. There are millions and millions of Holo fans and it's up to them and us to help them be it watching their streams, create clips, heck even make something trending to bring awareness of this issue and fight or something.

@kismetnightgale Your support IS enough. Even If the boys in Holostars sees your room, they know it IS enough because you support them. The higher ups may not see it, but everyone else does know that you support them and your support is enough, not the opposite.

holostars getting hit like this was not on my 2026 bingo list this is so wrong on so many levels i’m just glad the boys are pushing through and are trying to be positive about this even if this is truly heartbreaking

@gabx93 All I wish is that the guys get the spotlight and treatment that they deserve after many years of being seen as an afterthought. If Holostars closes, where can they boys go? Obviously not the indie scene where it's twice as hard. None of this is right and fair. Just saying

@KHolosimp The indie scene ia bad enough as it is so much so that countless indie vtubers are leaving because it's no longer the time, effort and money due to how being successful is nearly impossible

@KHolosimp And if they end up going back as indies, guess what? They'll receive very less fan support, They'll have a harder time trying to stay afloat and not a single good sponser will sponser them. They're better off being irl regular streamers not being indie vtubers unfortunately

I guess the least Starmins can hope is that Cover doesn't also fuck up with just the duty of supporting them through managerial stuff If Cover can't even do that and they ignore Stars' simplest demands like game perms and project greenlighting, then Stars better off as indies

It breaks my heart to see Holostars get screwed over by Cover Corp, yet I am not surprised. Cover been neglecting the guys for years and that announcement is a maak off moment. At the same time, I feel vindicated cause I never trusted Cover nor Yagoo and ppl sees what I see.

@takanashikiara True, but it's incredibly hard for indie vtubers to become successful. While yes there are several successful indie vtubers, but as a whole, the indie scene is bad and bleak. I think that a lot of indies gave up because it's not worth the time, effort and money anymore.

no matter how talented you are, you might not end up being successful. whats needed then is either incredible luck with algorithm, or support from others to push you towards where you need and deserve to be. its frustrating when you have neither of those.

Bruh. This is bad and sad. Holostars has always been treated like crap especially by the company that these men work for. This is without a doubt will hurt all of the members of Holostars. Nothing in this is fair or right. It's downright cruel. Vtuber orgs dgaf about talent.
