A couple of years ago at Ashoka University we analysed data about where our students went after graduating. We realised that a majority of them went to work in organisations either in the corporate sector or in not for profits. We figured that apart from teaching liberal arts and sciences we also need to teach courses that equip our students with the knowledge and skills needed for organisational life. Today we offer forty seven elective courses in entrepreneurship, leadership and management. So you can major in any subject be it History or English or Physics and also do a dozen or more courses from those listed here. Several hundred students take these courses each year at Ashoka. @AshokaUniv
