@harimenon_bb Pl employ some skilled & intelligent IT personal in yr team who can take care of BB Daily app,which they hv merged with Big Basket,which is not working from last 10 days.Yr team is unable to resolve my issue of complaints. ( Comp No 775461304422.)

Our team spent months working out the right pod size for this frozen pea, measuring it down to the millimetre. And yet, the zip-lock slider bag it comes in that took a day to design, has become as popular as the matar itself. I've been told that hundreds of people have written in about how they're happily reusing the bag for storing dry fruits and other pantry items. Something that none of us thought would impress so many. @bigbasket_com Complaint No 775461304422 was raised on 9th Apr 26,but not yet resolved. Unable to understand the ability of BB team. It seems that they hv to call the new IT team from USA or Japan to resolve the issue, meantime they don't care for the customers satisfaction.

@bigbasket_com Would suggest BB team to add the Tata Steel / TATA Motors / Tata Chemicals / Titan watches also in this App instead of adding the Croma and other daily consumer items, then this App will look more lucrative.

@AAIVNSAIRPORT Very dirty airport terminal.Lot of mosquitoes inside the waiting hall and garbage under the chairs.The H/K agency needs to be changed ASAP, airport manager should also look intis on regular basis.

@bigbasket_com Customer care executive called me but not able to resolve the issue. Unable to understand that which type of team you have employded in your organisation.

@AAIVNSAIRPORT We boarded the flight QP1 424 on 20 Mar at 1820 Hrs and noticed that Airport terminal was very dirty ,HK staff was lazy & careless ,lot of mosquitoes were inside the waiting area and garbage was found below the seating area. This agency needs to be change ASAP.
