Some of these narratives are wild. 1. Jalen Hurts is the 10th highest paid QB in the NFL 2. The defense in the 2022 Super Bowl run and the 2024 Super Bowl run were almost completely different. He had a different starting RB, C, and G 3. Russell Wilson's prime is underrated now

Fowler talking about the Eagles might take a QB in rounds 2 or 3 of the draft to put some pressure on Hurts. That’s by far one of the dumbest predictions I’ve read so far this offseason regarding the Eagles.

It seems strange to me to portray Jalen as a guy that's dug in and won't work on his flaws. He struggled with beating the blitz, so after the season he called Wink Martindale asked him about it. The next season he was one of the best QB's in the league at beating the blitz.

@ravenwizardd @AdamSchefter He has complete autonomy of the offense with a defensive head coach in Baltimore. In Philadelphia even with playcalling duties, Sirianni is an offensive head coach and would have input to a higher degree.

ESPN sources: the Baltimore Ravens are hiring Bears offensive coordinator Declan Doyle as their offensive coordinator. Doyle can leave because, in Baltimore, he will have play-calling responsibility. But new Ravens HC Jesse Minter now has someone to run Baltimore’s offense.

@PierreB3_ There were multiple reports that Jalen Hurts was one of a few people AJ Brown hugged on the way out of the locker room room after the playoff loss. Also, Jalen said their relationship was great the next day. Now, maybe that means personally, not professionally but who knows.

Nick's problem is that he has an absolutist mindset when it comes to game strategy. Whether it's being overtly conservative to prevent turnovers, not trying to score at the end of halves or taking his foot off the gas with a lead. Some games require more urgency and aggression

@Aye_Rain Yes, he has benefited from having some great teammates and coaches, but the 2022 and 2024 seasons prove that Jalen is a force multiplier that can help lead you to a Super Bowl. That's ultimate question any franchise could ask out of their QB, and Jalen has answered it twice.

@Aye_Rain And in the 2022 season, in the playoffs the Eagles scored 104 points, over 30 in each game and Jalen had eight touchdowns over the course of the three games

The Eagles basically just needed a more diverse rushing attack then just running up the middle on first and second down and they would've beat the 49ers. 49ers were getting gashed on outside runs all night.
