ANALYSIS: Fourth for @deltagoodrem in Eurovision is an amazing result. If you take in all the voting blocs, the fact Australia isn't in Europe and the novelty of us competing in the song contest has well and truly worn off in Europe, it's actually a remarkable result. Well done Delta. I can tell you Delta's work ethic from those early days on the bridge at Lassitars in Neighbours to now, she has always given 150 percent. Can't wait to see what is next. #eurovisión

Worth noting that no matter how much you think the BBC should withdraw from Eurovision because of the poor results... It is still an absolute bargain for them. The money invested is peanuts relative to the BBC budget & they get 10ish hours of live content without doing much.

I actually think one of the biggest problems the BBC have when it comes to Eurovision is not allowing the artists to perform a song that is authentically them. Listen to anything by Mae Muller, Remember Monday or LMNC and you will hear the difference vs their ESC song 🤷

As a Brit, one of the reasons I wanted Delta Goodrem to win so much is because that would’ve been the closest we would’ve felt to winning ourselves 🤣🇬🇧 That and ofc the stellar vocals and stage presence 🤯 #Eurovision

real talk: something needs to be done about how the BBC handle Eurovision. Huge internal change is needed & selection method. it's not good enough. Sam Ryder was internal luck.
