We received a grant from @Arnold_Ventures to tackle the law enforcement recruiting crisis. With partners across Florida, we’ll explore why some top candidates are hesitant to join, and how to change that. Please reach out if you want to collaborate. @USFResearch @USFCriminology

I am especially proud that this year, @USFCriminology made 5 offers to students to join our PhD program and all 5 were accepted (100% acceptance rate). In my view, this speaks to the quality of our program and its upward trajectory.
