Has anyone tried to deplete pDCs with anti-BST2 (clone 927) or macs/monos with anti-F4/80 (clone CI:A3-1)? BioXcell says they are both depletion antibodies, and they provide references. But very few papers show depletion. We tried both. The BST2 a little…

@JMSchenkel I have tried both. I had significant pDC depletion in the tumor, but I did not check LN or spleen. For Macs, I used a combination of anti-CSF1R and anti-F4/80 and they acted synergistically. I saw nice depletion in tumors and spleens. Anti-F4/80 alone was not very efficient.
