Banyak CEX Lokal listing token IOU(I Owe You), yaitu contract yang dibuat sendiri dengan konsep hutang oleh CEX agar aset diperdagangkan di CEX mereka namun sebenarnya barangnya tidak ada, sehingga token tersebut tidak dapat di Withdrawal maupun Deposit ke CEX tersebut.
IOU mungkin sudah biasa & berlaku di aset konvensional namun imo IOU adalah kemunduran jika di implementasi di aset kripto.
