@RepJackKimble Public servants. You should be paid as such. When the govt is closed, you should be checkless. 140 days is a failing attendance rate my almost all other job standards. And you absolutely shouldn't be trading anything you have any political oversight of.

Just a friendly warning. We don’t even make $200k per year in Congress despite working nearly 140 days. If we aren’t properly compensated, a lot of us will go to the private sector and you will be left with some real idiots in Congress.

There was a point I genuinely thought trading just wasn’t for me. Could barely stay green. Blew multiple accounts. Couldn’t even imagine making $1,000 consistently. Now I’m having $100k weeks. Debt free. House paid off. Cars paid off. You have to take this risk.

2AM thought of the day, Somebody asked a good question - something like, how come every time GME breaks out, Ryan Cohen stops it. He doesn't. People are either misremembering, aren't paying close enough attention, or are being misled by a narrative that's been created. I will not start from the beginning but you can certainly do that. Did RC stop the Jan 2021 run? Nope. The March 10 2021 run? Nope. But let's go more recent. Did he stop the May 14 2024 run? Nope. People will immediately try to say he did and that I'm a liar but I was there, 84 years ago. Facts: Run up hit top Tuesday morning, May 14th, 2 years ago. GameStop began issuing shares well after peak, on Friday the 17th. Stock had closed at $27.59 the day prior. I had even said at the time, I wish RC had issued sooner. Burry just said the same thing recently. Had he issued Tuesday we could have raised a billion more, easily. People can say he bonked the top 6/7/24 but in my humble opinion it had already topped 6/6/24 in the afterhours. He timed that one better. I won't argue the point, though, let's just say he did stop that one. Now go through the runs in this way: 5/17/24 - Not stopped, issued late 6/7/24 - Issued into the top 7/17/24 - No company action 9/11/24 - Issued into top but price was only at $25 1/7/25 - No company action this entire period 2/13/25 - No company action 3/26/25 - Converts 5/28/25 - Not stopped, issued Converts late 6/12 10/2/25 - Not stopped, Warrants instigated the run Most recently - There was no issuance. The interview didn't stop this run. Everybody bought the rumor. The news was sold 5/4. I wish he had done this starting in 2021 to be honest. The first dilution was not into any meaningful top. It was actioned immediately upon his becoming chairman and all the old leadership bailing. So I get the timing, he literally pulled the trigger the second he could and I respect that. June 8th 2021 was masterful, though, 20m shares post split at $56.3 a share. Had he not done that, this conversation wouldn't be happening today. $1.126 billion raised. But FTD echo stopped, we never saw prices like that again. I get that people are upset, but Ryan Cohen has a fiduciary responsibility to shareholders here. All shareholders. I wrote a letter in early 2023 saying please watch for a cycle and sell into it. He did that. I wish his timing on the first ATM was better but I gave him credit for taking action and will always do so. Second one he nailed. Wish he had bonked July as well but he chose September instead for some reason. These cycles are not MOASS, they are not "material breakouts" they are some kind of systematic release of pressure that occurs on a semi regular cadence. They are mechanical. A large VWAP market order is placed into the open market and runs until it has picked up all the shares it needs, then it terminates the the stock goes into free fall. There are forces that will fight the stock going up infinitely. We have seen them: 1. The market itself saying, no, we can't handle those kind of liquidity demands. 2. The options chain literally running out (gamma max), cutting off fuel to the thing. 3. The buy side falling out when the VWAP expires. 4. Sell side pressure. While I feel all the above is fairly objective because you can simply look at the dates the thing rockets and when the issuances happen or don't and see that it comes down on its own more times than not, what is quite subjective is my take on it which is: Ryan Cohen stepping in to take profit on these mechanical events is the best thing that's ever happened. He's rescued people unwilling to press the sell button on their own by reaping those profits and I believe Wall Street is hugely angry about it. Look at what other companies, including eBay do: They run Share Buyback programs into strength. They use shareholder funds to buy the tops. Then they dilute into weakness, selling precious shares at low prices. Think of any company, especially BBBY and AMC and look at the track record. Who do you think they represent when they do that? Shareholders or Wallstreet? Now look at how GameStop does it. In 2019 they bought into weakness, $1.29 a share. Since, they've issued stock or bonds 7 times into strength, from $25 to $56 a share. Who do you think they represent when they do that? Shareholders or Wallstreet? Ryan Cohen watched the board of BBBY burn their capital into likely criminal share buybacks at tops, giving themselves compensation in shares they sold, then diluted from August of 2022 until delisting all the way to zero to pay back creditors. My only wish is that he was more merciless about doing what he's doing. These cycles aren't natural. Look at Halloween 2022. Stock ran to $35 after pre-announcement by the media, then right back to $20 real fast. Did GameStop do anything? Nope. I wish they did because the only people that benefited from that cycle was probably some swap desk in some back office somewhere that rolled a position. Sorry to get fired up at 2AM but this narrative bothers me. Read the prospectus that's been dropped with every dilution. Read the part about the stock trading at ridiculous levels due to forces outside the company's control. Read the warnings about buying these events. It's all right there in the literature from the company, it is saying, Hey don't buy this! Something is happening here we don't understand and we're going to raise capital into it. I hope he does it forever. Make GameStop a trillion dollar company off these guys who did something they shouldn't have done. Try to explain to the public in ten years where all this money came from.

@JuliusWarking @CaucZilla @ChudTheBuilder Well.. I'll say in my personal experience, it's off putting. We don't understand. It feels disrespectful in the moment. Even if it isn't meant to be. I look everyone in the eyes, because I've learned it's important for communication. People really need to look around n move on.

While the price of virtually everything else skyrockets, the price of TVs remain weirdly low. Its almost like they don't want to price people out of the ability to be distracted, manipulated, and controlled. Anyone else notice that? Or is it just me?
