@TigheSammy Under normal circumstances, her powers can't "target" people, herself included. It has to be a life or death situation for her to be able to use her powers on living beings and only for a short time. There is a why past that but idk if the show has gotten into it yet.

@Merrydawg it's very disheartening to see people talk about this technique as though it somehow makes the product less for it. Like photography is an artform itself, and even if you use a stock photo it still has artistic value to it.

That's a photo. You'd be surprised how many Japanese manga artists just use filtered photos for backgrounds. It allows them to spend more time on the character art! I think western webcomic creators can learn a lot from this. Cheating a bit is okay. Put that time and effort where it matters.

@Blitzen80086811 @ShitpostRock my general stance on the politics of Helldivers is that HD1 was "Are we the baddies?" HD2 is "Monsters of our own making." Super Earth absolutely deserves to burn, but we're Super Earth and the 3 factions don't differentiate between the government and the people really.
