mind you there’s been studies done that have found people with atypical anorexia starting at high weighs typically have more extreme mindsets than their lower weight counterparts and part of that is due to this bullshit. they feel like they need to restrict lower to feel valid.

@ChaliceCups She’s the only available psychiatrist in my area unfortunately, I had already seen her once a year ago and didn’t want to go back but our family doctor said she was my only option hhhhh

I’m beyond pissed. Nocturne here, hello. We went in for an assessment today and the psychiatrist said our severe dissociation is caused by anxiety due to ADHD. She tried to prescribe us ADHD meds saying it’ll remove our anxiety and dissociation. What’s funny is she completely-

@_toya_aoyagi_ You are not in the wrong for being upset about her blatant disregard of past concerns and recognitions. It is her job to AT LEAST address those concerns. Even if partially, the fact she didn't and then proceeded to end the assessment, extremely rude and unprofessional I don't 1/2
