On the 38th minute fantastic work from Joaquin out wide teeing the ball up for Larrubia coming in on his left foot from 16 yards to finish spectacularly 1-1 La Rosaleda is bouncing in expectance again, VAMOS!!!! Move VAR drama on the 45th minute with Niño going Down in the box following a attempted clearance, the referee went to the screen and pointed to the spot to which Niño hammered the ball home to put Los Boquerones in the lead, after a slow start to the game it was a fantastic finish to the half 2-1 Málaga at the break. 9 minutes into the second half that man Joaquin again driving with the ball before a curled right footed effort that smashed the post before Dotor headed over. 2 minutes later he got his goal, GOOOOOALLL some tricky footwork before sending the keeper the wrong way 3-1 Málaga!! Joaquin has been fantastic. That Joaquin goal really knocked the stuffing out of Huesca who was offering very little in the second half as Málaga continued to look dangerous when attacking. Chupete came in and brought a fantastic save out of Jimenéz when striking from the edge of the box, Málaga looking hungry, as Chupete tested the goalkeeper a second and third time. On the 88th minute Huesca had the ball in the net after a complete mix up at the back, the ball rebounding off 2 Málaga players before landing on the head of Huesca captain Pulido to head home, the flag went up and the offside was called, however a lengthy VAR check followed and the goal was given. 3-2 … a very nervy last 8 minutes of additional time Was to follow especially after last week. Up step that ma CHUPEEEE after great pressing work from Dorrio the ball fell to Chupete in the box who hammered home, game, set and match!!!!! Not yet as Huesca went straight up the other end to make it 4-3 unbelievable, bad defending again this time from a corner. With seconds to play Huesca chucked everything forward leaving Larrubia and Chupete alone, Larrubia played the ball to Chupete on the half way line for him to race clear and take it around the goalkeeper confidently to give Malaga the points. Full time in this amazing, crazy night Málaga 5-3 Huesa.
