The fall in covid cases in Scotland has certainly reduced some of our anxieties as a shielded family🤞🏽 and helped us to slowly ease back to some form of normality again this weekend. 👨🏾🦽⛹🏾♂️🙌🏾

👇🏼This is what a Zero COVID approach means. Numbers pushed low so those elderly/shielding can meet others & feel safe eating outside in a cafe. It is entirely feasible for all 4 UK nations. Thanks for sharing Lesley.

My friend and hero @GretaThunberg came round to ours today, and we had a wonderful and inspiring three hours talking about every aspect of the climate emergency and how to confront it. I feel even more determined than I was before.

Oh my goodness. While my Da was a dote and a lovely father, he called me by my sisters' names every other day, couldn't have guessed my A level subjects if you'd paid him and there are about 6 photos in existence of me before the age of 12 - and that included first communion!

The most amazing parcel arrived today. My dad kept a diary for me from the day I was born till I turned 20. He kept and scanned every school rapport, notes I wrote to him, notes to me from loved ones. 😭💕 20 years captured in two books. 560 pages full of memories and love ❤️
