Hey @virginmedia Can U explain the logic behind the requirements enforced for your TP security “memorable word” please? Words don’t have numbers right? So this is really a password isn’t it? So, why prevent upper case or special characters? What was the IT guy thinking? 🤔

@virginmedia So why does it mandate a number then? Sorry but makes no sense. This is neither user friendly (a word with a number? really?) nor is it security friendly (poor complexity). Has your CISO / Security team reviewed this?
