@kittenwithawhip @MightyCorleone @TamarHaspel @lebonoeuf If it's a large batch meant to create leftovers, I cook noodles/rice separately, and add them to each serving so they don't turn to mush when stored in the fridge. Otherwise, you can cook them in the pot with everything else, but you will need a lot more liquid for the soup.
