@CityPowerJhb Block 2 “Northcliff” is scheduled for loadshedding again at 10am yet our power has not been restored since being off from 2am ? This always happens because of issues at Roosevelt Substation. Please can you advise and assist as soon as possible!

@CityPowerJhb Northcliff (Block 2) has been without power since 2pm this afternoon, and the next schedule for loadshedding is 10pm. Please advise when this problem might be resolved as this is really a reoccurring matter where we dont switch back on after loadshedding.
