Somewhere or other recently, David, I saw a petition re expanding Assisted Dying to those with severe dementia. It'd obviously have to come with many rock-solid safeguards, but if I was suffering from it, it's definitely what I'd want. Is that a growing movement in medical world?

@Peter_Fitz NSW has very robust and a well constructed VAD Program. James chose his own time and place. He will be much missed 😪😪

Dear Meghan Markle and spare Harry, if the Australian petition is such a “moot point,” why are you scrambling to put out statements like this? This reads exactly like someone who sat down angry and tried to sound smart but failed miserably. Then the audacity to call it “stupid” while serving up this nonsense 🤭 Nobody calm and unbothered puts out statements like this. This is what desperation looks like when the narrative isn’t going their way. If they were actually secure in their position, they wouldn’t need to keep churning out these defensive, condescending statements. This is pure damage control, and not even a good one. Privately funded? Then keep it private. And that “26.5 million Australians” line is genuinely embarrassing. “People didn’t sign, so they agree” is the kind of nonsense you come up with when you’re cornered and flailing. It’s not just wrong, it’s laughably stupid. The arrogance is wild for this two grifters whose entire public image now runs on constant damage control. This whole statement reeks of insecurity and desperation. It’s hitting a nerve, and I am here for it 🍿

This year, a Change.org petition saved Australians almost $2 billion U.S. dollars ($3 billion AUD) in student loan debt. After Australians experienced a 7.1% increase on their student debts in 2023, Dr. Monique Ryan, an independent member of Australian parliament, launched a petition aimed at reforming the Higher Education Contribution Scheme (HECS), which governs student debt in Australia. The petition garnered support from over 280,000 Australians, ultimately leading to the cancellation of almost $2 billion U.S. dollars in student debt for three million people. You can find the petition at Change.org/HECSdebt. @Mon4Kooyong @JasonClareMP #studentdebt #studentloans #HECS #australia
