The real goal is to become unemployable. Having a job sucks. Being micromanaged feels like death by a 1000 paper cuts. When you're unemployable, you have no choice but to learn how to hunt and kill for your food. That means doing sales & marketing (which everyone avoids). If you can master it, you'll never need a job again Your skills have more value online too. An employer pays you peanuts so they can make a profit. But a $100K salary is at least $300K if you use the same skills online. Most people won't. They scared. And that's the biggest opportunity. When you're unemployable, like me, you have no other choices. You must be an A-player. And that's what makes you wealthy. Self-Employment = Self-Sufficient Self-Employment = Autonomy Self-Employment = Creativity Become unemployable. And give employers the middle finger forever (if you want to be happy).
