@hannu @LauraDeming Are there even any other great science fiction poems?
English

@LauraDeming It's not strictly transhumanist, but Aniara by Harry Martenson is surely the best science fiction poem ever written; it does feature an experience machine that allows the passengers of the titular ship explore different forms of consciousness. en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aniara

Reading this is something like waking from a dream only to realize you are still dreaming then waking up again only to once again find yourself dreaming (or are you?). Only this dream is confusingly both like and unlike the first dream. Are they the same or this a coincidence?

What the hell is going on in this book!? It seems completely insane

@kimmonismus Its pretty annoying but have the impression that Sonnet is more open, less judgmental and less moral lectures than Haiku

The morals and ethics of AI are annoying
I understand that the models need a certain morality and that ethical standards are necessary. But numerous models are so rigid and narrow in their morality that I feel like a child being treated.
Yes, I want to be provided with NSFW texts or images upon request as an adult. Yes, I also want to discuss immoral questions. Yes, I want to be confronted with the challenges of life.
Unfortunately, I see no development in this direction in Anthropic. On the contrary, every blog post is a reaffirmation of how moral and correct they are and how important security is to them. I understand that, but more freedom would be necessary.
That's why I have such high hopes for Grok-3. It may not be the best model in the world (although it's currently looking good for it), but at least it's significantly less censored.
Stop treating us like children and see us as adults who can withstand even immoral things!
