The School District Five Board of Trustees voted at tonight’s board meeting to hire Dr. Akil E Ross, Sr., as #LexRich5Schools permanent superintendent, effective February 1, 2022. Congratulations, Dr. Ross!

Recently 7th Grade Pro Team classes participated in BreakOut Box exercise as part of a lesson on Growth Mindset. This exercise helped students understand the difference between growth and fixed mindset by solving problems that require out of the box thinking  and teamwork.

Foundations of Leadership students are working in groups to complete the same online puzzle. Communication, teamwork, and being proactive instead of reactive are just 3 of the skills in action. #LexRich5Schools
