1 - did the fan invasion need to bring about the end of the game given fans were cleared away in relatively quick fashion.
2 - should the ref end a game because the opposing manager asks for it?
3 - This level of scrutiny must continue.

Three things. One, a fan invasion triggered the end of the game - no disputing this. Two, Hearts manager Derek McInnes asked the ref to “end it” and he did. Three, the SFA has to be held to being right and correct. Doesn’t all this deserve coverage and debate?

The last few days have shown the media to be irresponsible & reckless in their clamor for attention. Or is it more?

Worth noting that the SFA say Hearts chairman Calum Paterson reviewed this footage with their refs’ chiefs on Monday - where it was agreed to remain private.
The SFA have only released the footage to provide “clarification” due to #HMFC’s statement yesterday.

The SFA have released the audio from Celtic v Hearts which shows referee Don Robertson tell the VAR room that #HMFC are “happy” for the game to finish. The ref then ended the match on 98mins and 7secs - over the additional 8mins of added time. youtu.be/XIIWKE-g4IU

Celtic won.

After yesterday's statement from Hearts, surely the SPFL and SFA will be able to answer our questions at some point today? Especially as we are making things up and don't have a leg to stand on.

The game restarted at 43:42
So, it took 1:21 to restart the game
Osmand’s goal was at 97:29
If you apply the restart time for Shankland’s goal, the game would have restarted at 98:50
That’s why the ref ended the game.
The game was over!
