@TravisBOUND The biggest issue IMO with the difficulty is the ticketing platform and it only allowing a single transfer. Those that intended to go and got tickets transferred through a coach, which is common, cannot transfer the tickets again. More wrestlers does add to it though.

Sounds like there's quite a Good News/Bad News scenario brewing for this week's WIAA Individual Wrestling State Tournament. Good News: Tickets for all sessions have sold out in advance, indicating strong interest as well as strong revenue. Bad News: With 588 boys qualifiers & 192 girls qualifiers, there are more wrestlers than ever. Many families are having trouble finding tickets even just for parents to attend & watch, let alone others in family or community. Issue especially impactful on girls side due to new tournament schedule. Past ticket purchasers could purchase tickets in January, general population tickets on February 10th. Boys sectionals were February 14th and tickets were snapped up quickly. Girls sectionals weren't until February 20th, when tickets were already sold out or almost sold out. With increase in state qualifiers for boys and addition & expansion of girls, seems like separate locations will be badly needed as soon as possible. Unfortunately, for many families and supporters of wrestlers this year, it may come too late.

@dikkidu @golic Intentional grounding is a 10 yard penalty, or spot foul if more than 10 yards behind LOS and loss of down, or a safety if in the end zone

@golic And where would the ball be placed? At the point where the attentional grounding was thrown from or would it be set at a 5-yard penalty. I've seen some quarterbacks drop back 10-15 yards and throw intentional grounding.

@WayneCavadi_D2 2/2 As much hesitation as many of us have to do it because of the different controversy it will bring, we need to rely more on subjective analysis than we currently do when picking teams for the field AND for seeding and re-seeding teams.

@WayneCavadi_D2 1/2 comparing KPI between teams with absolutely no schedule overlap means very little. You are comparing data from completely different data sets. Within a conference it makes sense, though not enough to override h2h with an equal record.

The result of the Harding game has to make you second-guess if KPI is the best gauge of these seeds.
